How This Website Handles Your Information
This page explains the limited information handling that occurs on Project Career Australia and what happens if you choose to contact WorkForward Business School.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Who we are
Project Career Australia is operated by Career Development and Training Pty Ltd (ABN 43 167 095 749), trading as WorkForward Business School (RTO 45581). For privacy enquiries, access or correction requests, or complaints, email wbs@wbs.edu.au or call +61 2 8755 2666.
2. Career assessment
The career assessment runs in your browser and does not ask for your name, email address or mobile number. Your selected answers and generated profile remain in this browser page. Project Career Australia does not send them to a server or save them in browser storage. Starting again resets your selected answers; text you have already copied may remain on your device clipboard until you replace it.
After viewing your profile, you may choose to copy the enquiry summary to your device clipboard and paste selected details into the WBS enquiry form. The Copy button writes to your clipboard only when you use it. Your assessment answers are not transferred automatically. If you submit the separate WBS form, the information you provide is handled under the WorkForward Privacy Policy.
3. Optional analytics and technical information
With your permission, Project Career Australia uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, assessment starts and completions, checklist downloads and clicks to the WBS enquiry page. These reports help us improve the website. Clicking a WBS link or completing the career assessment is not counted as a submitted enquiry.
We do not send your assessment answers, name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics. Our measurement uses the public page address, page title, referring website origin, fixed button locations and fixed checklist identifiers. We omit URL query strings and fragments from those fields. Google Analytics may also process technical information such as browser and device details and pseudonymous cookie identifiers.
The Google Analytics tag loads only after you select Allow. You can select No thanks and continue using the website, or change your choice through Privacy choices in the footer. We remember that preference in this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page. Withdrawing permission stops new measurement and removes the Project Career analytics cookies accessible to this website; it does not remove data already processed.
Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy information, and processing may occur outside Australia. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data safeguards. This website does not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals through this analytics setup.
The hosting and security services used to deliver the website may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, reliability and security, independently of the optional analytics choice. The separate WBS enquiry form follows the WorkForward Privacy Policy.
4. External websites
This website links to WorkForward Business School and other external websites. Their privacy practices and terms apply when you visit them. Links to the WBS enquiry form include fixed labels identifying Project Career Australia and the page the link came from. The link also identifies BSB50820 as the initial course selection, which you can change on the WBS form. These fixed labels do not include your assessment answers or contact details. WBS may use them to understand enquiry sources. We do not control other external websites.
5. Your choices and rights
You may use the public information and assessment without identifying yourself. If Career Development and Training Pty Ltd holds personal information about you, you may request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern using the contact details above. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
6. Changes
We may update this page when site functions, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and review date will be published here.
